Torbay's Local Pet Sitters, Established in 2008
Family run Pet Sitting & Dog Walking in Torbay
ARE YOU INSURED & POLICE CHECKED?
Yes we hold valid insurance via Pet Plan and we are Police checked via Disclosure Scotland.
We take security very seriously and we don't even advertise on our vehicles as it could let potential burglars know you are away.
WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME PERSON VISITING?
Yes, we are family run ONLY and employ no staff, all services will be done by one of us in the family and the same person each and every time, this is so that your love ones are not startled by different faces each time.
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We do not group walk, We only offer personal one to one services which guarantees your dog or dogs get the full attention they deserve.
HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL VIST?
A standard cat visit would be approximately 15 - 30 minutes which primarily ensures your pet is fed, safe and clean (litter tray) whilst keeping them company and a dog walk would be 30 minutes.
This is all discussed fully with you personally, and we will try and meet all your needs as these may vary from person to person, pet to pet.
WHAT TIME OF THE DAY DO YOU VISIT?
This is flexible to your needs but 9.00 am to 5.00 pm are our normal hours of work but other times can be arranged if urgent.
CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU WHILE AWAY?
Absolutely, Email as often as you wish or text us.
Emails are checked morning and evening 7 days a week and responded to on a daily basis.
Our mobile number is also on WhatsApp so we can also use that if you would prefer.
WILL MY HOME BE SECURE?
Your home will be as secure as you have left it and more secure as daily visits keep tabs on the property, any parcels left we will take indoors, bins replaced.
Our vehicle is unmarked so no one would be aware of the sitting service attending the premises.
On leaving the property we will make sure that all windows & doors are secure and alarms set correctly.
WHAT ABOUT MY KEYS?
We will collect your keys when you wish and hand them back when contacted or when previously arranged, If however you wish us to keep your keys for another booking they will be stored in a safe at our address.
This also may be useful if you ever lock yourself out! Although the keys would only be handed over to the person that handed them to us in the first place with a signature.
WHAT IF MY PETS BECOME ILL?
On initial interview any health concerns or medication will be discussed and noted in your own portfolio, together with the name of your Vet and their contact numbers. We will contact you immediately.
The main concern would be the welfare of your pet, Insurance/arrangements with your vet will be discussed prior to your stay away.
